CPIML - AICCTU DEMO on 3 Feb. 2014 in front of DC Office, Koppal, Karnataka on land issue. Along with progressive organisations. Com. Vittappa Gorentli, a prominent fighter and democrat, Basavaraj Seelavander, AITUC, Kumar of Karnataka Jansakthi, Prasad, AISA State Convenor, Raghavendra addressed the gathering along with other democratic forces. Com. Shankar, CPIML Liberation, addressed the demonstrators while the demo was presided over by Com. Bharadwaj, CPIML SLT member and Incharge of Hyderabad Karnataka region.
30 acres of land allotted to auto technicians are being grabbed and encroached by various power brokers. RSS and BJP used it to whip up communal passions by constructing Ayyappa temple in the area around. CPIML Liberation raised the issue of land to auto technicians in the larger context of land grabbing by corporate houses and power brokers.
